1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and 789pub ("789pub," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 789pub online casino and sports betting platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available;
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices;
• Immediately notify 789pub of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

789pub shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, and you agree to indemnify 789pub for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access due to your negligence.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your 789pub account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, which may include but are not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as specified. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;

4.2 Withdrawals

If a malfunction results in an incorrect payout, 789pub reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your account balance accordingly.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 789pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your 789pub account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 789pub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

789pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification;
• Prolonged account inactivity;
• At your request.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform. Any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you, subject to completion of any pending investigations and compliance with applicable laws.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or through the courts of the Philippines if arbitration is not available or appropriate.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid , unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 789pub with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
